CNR Digital Brand Growth System™ — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the CNR Digital Brand Growth System™ subscription. They’re written to be clear rather than exhaustive — if anything here doesn’t make sense, ask us before you sign up.

Billing

The Brand Growth System is $297/month, billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe.

Commitment

The Brand Growth System is month-to-month. There is no long-term contract and no minimum commitment.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge. Cancelling stops future billing, but it does not create a prorated refund for the billing period already in progress.

Refunds

Payments already processed are generally non-refundable. Once a billing period starts, work, hosting, software, and ongoing digital services are already allocated to that period.

Website and Content Ownership

You own your:

• domain
• business information
• logos
• photography
• videos
• original content and assets you provide

CNR Digital manages and maintains your website and the supporting digital growth infrastructure while your Brand Growth System subscription is active. This does not include the underlying source code, hosting infrastructure, CNR Digital templates, proprietary components, automations, software configurations, or internal systems used to build and run the system — those remain part of what CNR Digital manages, not something transferred to you upon cancellation.

What Happens If You Cancel

If you cancel, ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, automation, reporting, and Brand Growth System services end, unless another arrangement has been made in advance.

Third-Party and Additional Costs

Your $297/month covers the services specifically advertised on the Brand Growth System page. Domain registration or renewal, and any premium third-party services you request that fall outside the advertised system, may be billed separately with your approval first. We don’t add surprise fees.

Onboarding and Build Timeline

Most projects move from kickoff to launch within approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the availability of business information, content, approvals, integrations, and feedback. We don’t promise an exact launch date, since timelines depend in part on how quickly we receive what we need from you.

Monthly Website Updates

The Brand Growth System includes up to three website updates each month. A website update is a reasonable content or presentation change to your existing website — for example:

• updating text
• creating and posting a blog post
• adding or updating a page
• replacing an image
• changing business hours
• updating a promotion
• adding or changing a call-to-action
• updating menu or service information
• a small content adjustment to an existing page

Major redesigns, new websites, major new functionality, extensive new pages, custom applications, major e-commerce development, or large structural changes are not considered routine monthly updates and may require separate scope and pricing.

No Guaranteed Results

The Brand Growth System is designed to help your business look better online, capture more opportunities, and stay connected with customers. It is not a guarantee of specific outcomes. CNR Digital does not guarantee Google rankings, SEO results, revenue, leads, customer acquisition, review volume, or business growth — the system is intended to support those goals, not promise them.
